AirSystem Solutions provides compressed-air troubleshooting, system-design, equipment-management, maintenance, and sales workflow tools. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and deleted when you use the AirSystem Solutions mobile application, website, and related services.

Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, company information, and login credentials; information you enter about equipment, facilities, service history, site visits, opportunities, notes, and system designs; files or manuals you choose to upload; subscription and entitlement information; and technical information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and maintain your account, provide requested app features, synchronize your data across supported devices, process and verify subscriptions, provide customer support, maintain security, troubleshoot service issues, and improve AirSystem Solutions.

Payments

Individual mobile subscriptions may be processed by Apple or Google. Company-plan payments may be processed by Stripe. AirSystem Solutions does not receive your full payment-card number from these payment providers.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the service, such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, email, and payment providers, only as needed to provide those services or comply with law. Data in a company workspace may be visible to authorized members or administrators of that workspace according to their access permissions.

Data retention

We retain account and service data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. When an eligible deletion request is completed, account data is deleted or anonymized except for information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-record obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

AirSystem Solutions is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13.

Your choices

You may update certain account information in the service and may request account deletion. You may also contact us with privacy questions or requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The current version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
