AirSystem Solutions account deletion request
AirSystem Solutions allows users who created an account to request deletion of that account and the associated personal data. You can make this request even if you no longer have the app installed.
How to request deletion
- Tap the button below to email our support team from the email address associated with your AirSystem Solutions account.
- Keep the subject line AirSystem Solutions Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address used for your AirSystem Solutions account if it is different from the address you are sending from.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account and personal data associated with it, including profile information and user-created cloud records that are eligible for deletion.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate compliance obligations. Records belonging to a company workspace may also be subject to the organization's legitimate record-retention requirements and may be anonymized or reassigned where appropriate.
Delete from inside the app
If you still have access to the AirSystem Solutions app, you may also use the account deletion option available in the app's account/settings area.
